Privacy policy

Draft for review. This page covers how the site actually works today, but have a Texas attorney review it before launch — you are collecting personal information and contacting people by phone and text, which brings TCPA rules into play.

What we collect

When you complete the estimator we collect your first and last name, street address, city, ZIP code, mobile phone number, optional email address, and your answers about the garage (size, cracks, stairs, step-down, stem wall, chosen finish). We also record the estimate our system calculated for you.

We also record how the site is used so we can tell which pages help and where the estimator loses people: the page you viewed, the buttons you clicked, which estimator step you reached, the site that referred you, and the country your request came from. That activity is tied to a random session identifier held in your browser's session storage until you close the tab — not a cookie, never shared with anyone, and never linked to you across other websites. It is stored on our own servers rather than sent to an advertising network, and it contains no name, phone number, address or email.

We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.Query strings are stripped from the page addresses we record, so nothing personal can end up in that data by accident.

Why we collect it

• To calculate and deliver your estimate.
• To contact you about that estimate by phone, text or email.
• To route your job to the crew closest to your address.
• To keep the site fast and detect broken forms.

Contact consent

By checking the consent box in the estimator you agree that ATX Surface Pros may contact you at the number provided about your estimate, including by automated call or text. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or call us at 512-858-8517.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who make the site work: Cloudflare (hosting, spam protection, and the database that stores your lead and our own usage statistics) and Resend (email delivery). Each acts on our instructions. Our usage statistics are not sent to any third-party analytics company.

How long we keep it

Lead records are kept for three years so we can honor warranty claims and answer questions about work we performed. You can ask us to delete your record sooner. Usage statistics carry no personal information and are kept in aggregate.

Your choices

Email info@atxsurfacepros.com or call 512-858-8517 to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contact entirely. Texas residents may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.
